Terms & Conditions

The Client/Employer/company and Candidate/Employee shall read and fully understand this agreement and verify that the terms and conditions together with the application constitute their entire agreement or understand that aside from this contract shall be considered null and void.

*Client/Employer/company and Candidate/Employee shall be deemed acceptance of and agreement to these in terms only.

(1) We (MAIDS FROM INDIA POWERED BY ALLIN 1 ENTERPRISES) are a Hiring Platform, we are here to find and connect suitable candidate/employee/domestic worker with client/employer with valid documents background checks and passport who shall meet your basic requirements.

(2) Client/Employer should book/reissue a worker’s country visitors/working visa and travel air tickets to the shortlisted candidate/employee/domestic worker.

(3) The company do not hold any responsibility, except providing you with an eligible employee/candidate/domestic worker with proper documents and clear records. Neither the company will be responsible for reimbursement of any expense of candidate/employee/domestic worker while hiring the employee/candidate/ domestic worker.

(4) If the candidate/employee/domestic worker rejects/declined the Job offer and do not join the work at client/employer place due to whatsoever reason then the candidate should have to pay the entire charges of Air Tickets & visa fees to the client/employer. We (MAIDS FROM INDIA POWERED BY ALLIN 1 ENTERPRISES) shall not be held responsible for any of such losses of employer. employer.

(5) Employer should pay monthly basic salary directly to the candidates/employees/domestic workers in their saving bank account. Employer shall not have any rights to withhold the salary of shortlisted candidate/employee/domestic worker.

(6) The placement professional fees shall be equal to the One month’s basic salary of the shortlisted candidate/employee/domestic worker.

(7) We shall raise the invoice to the client after successful placement of the shortlisted candidate/employee/domestic worker client/employer. Our full fee is due to us within 48 Hours of raising the invoice to the client.

(8) For whatsoever reasons, no placement fees shall be refunded to the client/employer.

(9) We will not be held responsible if the candidate/employee/domestic worker leaves the work/job due to unfair labour practice, verbal abuse, physical abuse or any other abuses related to the worker or any dispute arises due to the unfair treatment to the worker.

(10) We will not responsible if worker leaves the job because of changes in job description as against the agreed and signed job description at the time of hiring.

(11) We shall not be responsible for any misunderstandings or disputes between the candidate/employee/domestic worker and the client/employer for any reason after joining the job. In such a case, the employer should arrange for an Air ticket and home country visa for the candidate/employee/domestic worker to return to his home/place/country.

(12) We are a Hiring Platform – We will not involve itself or its employees / associates for resolving issues arising between the employer and the candidate/employee/domestic worker during the course of employment / term of the contract or even beyond. If any kind of issue with regards discipline or overall conduct of the worker hired through us arises it is supposed to be resolved among yourselves or you are advised to take into consideration the course of Law.

We are sending this agreement to the employer and the employee via e-mail. Both parties (employer and the employee) can reply to this e-mail stating attaching the signed copies by way of accepting the terms and conditions of the agreement. Both the parties (employer and the employee) also need to attached the scan copies of their valid passports.

This agreement will be considered valid only if both the parties (employer and the employee) reply with their signed agreement copies attached to the e-mail otherwise this agreement shall not be accepted.
